In-person Training Courses
Regarding in-person courses, please note the following two points:
Note 1: Preparation and Customization of Training: Since all courses are structured based on a modular design, we can customize training programs precisely according to the specific and actual needs for developing managers and employees within an organization.
For this reason, we recommend starting the program with an initial needs assessment to get a clear understanding of the expectations of stakeholders, the challenges faced by managers, and your specific expectations from the development program. Based on the assessment, we will design the entire curriculum and training content to be tailored, focused, and effective for all target groups involved in the development program.
Note 2: Delivery at the Employer’s Location: For all courses, there is the option to conduct in-person sessions at the organization’s premises.
All courses are offered both in-person and online.

Virtual training courses
Virtual training courses are held in two main formats:
Online Training (Live): In online training, the instructor and participants communicate live through a communication network (such as the internet or a company’s internal network), and the educational content is used by learners in real-time. This type of training is suitable for short-term courses and is ideal when there is confidence in the availability of a stable communication network, as well as for conducting assessments.
Offline Training (Recorded): In offline training, the instructor has access to more resources, as many of the training materials can be pre-recorded and provided to learners along with various assessments (before, during, and after the course). The ability to review lesson content, design training scenarios, conduct workshops, and more are just some of the features available in offline training courses.
Some of the features of the Saba Human Resources Development Platform:
Video Clips: Each lesson contains several educational topics, and each topic has a dedicated video clip (pre-recorded) that can be accessed repeatedly by the learner(s).
Exams: A short quiz is designed for each topic, and a readiness test is designed for the entire course. Passing the quiz, with unlimited attempts, is a prerequisite for taking the final exam.
Online Sessions: These sessions are used for troubleshooting, presentations, Q&A, and also for educational interviews (as part of the exam). These sessions are conducted under the supervision of the course instructor or their assistant.
Workshops: In practical courses, learners must upload the desired outputs for review and feedback from the instructor within the defined timeframe.
Supervisor User Account: By creating a special user account in the system, training managers can monitor the performance of individual learners in detail, per lesson and activity.
Certificate: After the final exam and based on the obtained score, a certificate of completion/attendance with validation and verification capability (via QR Code and website) is issued.
Saba, focusing on the development of individuals and organizational mechanisms, helps its clients move from good to great and experience self-actualization and sustainable growth in their professional and organizational journey.
